Amanda Yanez-Hughes

Hi! Thanks for visiting.

 I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I currently live and work in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I am a wife and a mother of two amazing little girls. My husband is in the military and his career has taken us to live in North Carolina, Germany, and now Colorado. Living in Europe was a dream come true and I became addicted to traveling to new countries and experiencing different cultures. I hope to spend the rest of my years seeing and photographing the world. I have never regretted a single penny spent on travel…and there have been a lot!

I speak enough German to get myself around and when I’m not shooting photos am learning to make tasty cocktails or hiking with my dog Jack. I love to sneak up and tickle my daughters when they least expect it. Laughter makes my heart happy!
